Seen here in a versatile natural colourway, this Patagonia Retro Pile Fleece Jacket has brown coloured trims and is made from 8.7oz Polartec® 100% recycled polyester double-sided solid shearling. Designed to keep you warm without unwanted bulk, the body has been cut to a regular fit with a zip through front, protective raised collar neckline and raglan sleeves that allow for full shoulder and arm mobility. The fabric has a soft, fuzzy interior and a smooth, skin-friendly interior and spandex trims wrap around the edge of the sleeve cuffs and body hem to help keep the fit secure without being restrictive. On the left side of the chest a vertical zippered patch pocket offers space to carry a phone or wallet with a woven Patagonia label alongside and two more pockets are available on either side of the waist all with polyester warp-knit brushed mesh pocket bags. For additional comfort, flat-seam stitching has been used across the design.
Arriving in a selection of new colourways for spring, the Retro Pile Fleece Jacket from Patagonia has become a core outerwear style within the brands extensive selection of designs and is inspired by a heritage jacket developed by founder Yvon Chouinard in the 1970’s. Providing plenty of warmth without unwanted bulk, the 100% recycled polyester shearling outer nods to Patagonia’s ongoing use of sustainably designed fabrics whilst Fair Trade Certification has been awarded to the construction meaning whenever made the style has earned a premium for their labour.
